How Delivery Works
Brisbane Local Delivery
Local delivery is available across Brisbane. Available delivery zones, fees and time windows are displayed at checkout based on your address.
Australia-Wide Shipping
Selected products can be shipped to other parts of Australia. Not every item is suitable for postal delivery, and eligible shipping options appear at checkout for the products in your box.
Pre-Order & Lead Times
Bite Bonanza operates by pre-order so everything is made fresh. Lead times vary by product, order size and season; the earliest available dates are shown during checkout. Custom and corporate orders require additional notice.
Packaging & Care
Orders are packed in matte cream boxes with protective internal packaging. Sticky date puddings travel with their butterscotch sauce packaged separately. Refrigerate items that require it on arrival and follow the storage note included with your box.
Freshness on Arrival
Because our desserts contain no artificial preservatives, they are at their best within a few days of delivery. Cookies, brownies and bars can be gently warmed; puddings should be heated before serving.
Missed or Failed Deliveries
Please make sure someone is available to receive your order, or provide safe-drop instructions at checkout. We cannot accept responsibility for products left unattended in the heat once a safe drop has been authorised.
