Policies
Our ordering, refund, allergen and privacy policies. For anything not covered here, please contact us.
Orders & Payment
All prices are shown in Australian dollars and are GST inclusive. Orders are placed through our secure Shopify checkout, and payment is taken in full at the time of order.
Bite Bonanza operates by pre-order. Your order is confirmed once payment is received and a production date has been allocated.
Cancellations & Changes
Because every order is made fresh to order, cancellations and changes cannot always be accommodated once production has been scheduled. Please contact us as early as possible with any request and we will advise what is possible for your order.
Custom fondant cookie and corporate orders may be subject to a non-refundable component once design work or ingredient purchasing has begun.
Refunds & Quality
We take quality seriously. If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs and a description so we can assess it and put things right.
Refunds or replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis. We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect delivery details supplied at checkout, or products left unattended after an authorised safe drop.
Allergens & Food Safety
Our desserts contain wheat, gluten, dairy, egg and soy, and some products contain nuts. All items are produced in a kitchen that handles nuts and other allergens, so we cannot guarantee that any product is free from traces.
If you or your recipients have allergies or dietary requirements, please contact us before ordering. It remains the customer's responsibility to inform recipients of ingredients and allergens.
Privacy
We collect only the information needed to process your order and respond to your enquiries: your name, contact details, delivery address and order details. Payment information is handled by Shopify and its payment providers and is never stored by us.
We do not sell your personal information. Marketing emails are only sent where you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Terms of Use
All content on this website, including photography, copy and designs, belongs to Bite Bonanza and may not be reproduced without permission.
Product images are representative. Because every item is handmade, slight variation in appearance between orders is normal and is part of the handcrafted nature of our work.
