Question 1

How far in advance should I order?

Accepted Answer

Bite Bonanza bakes to order, so we recommend ordering as early as possible. Standard orders show the earliest available dates at checkout; custom fondant cookies and corporate orders require additional lead time.

Question 2

Do you deliver outside Brisbane?

Accepted Answer

Selected products can be shipped to other parts of Australia. Eligible shipping options appear at checkout based on the items in your box and your delivery address.

Question 3

Can I choose my own flavours?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pick Your Mix boxes let you select the flavours you would like, and we assemble and present the box for you.

Question 4

Do your products contain allergens?

Accepted Answer

Our desserts contain wheat, gluten, dairy, egg and soy, and some contain nuts. Everything is made in a kitchen that handles nuts, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free product. Please contact us before ordering if you have concerns.

Question 5

How should I store my order?

Accepted Answer

Keep your box in a cool, dry place and follow the storage note included. Sticky date puddings and butterscotch sauce should be refrigerated and warmed before serving.

Question 6

Can you create branded cookies for my business?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Custom fondant cookies can carry your logo, colours or messaging. Send a custom cookie enquiry with your quantity and date and we will quote it.

Question 7

Do you cater events and offices?

Accepted Answer

We offer dessert catering for offices, meetings and events across Brisbane, quoted by enquiry so the selection and delivery window suit your occasion.

Question 8

Can I cancel or change my order?

Accepted Answer

Because everything is made to order, changes and cancellations depend on where your order is in the production schedule. Contact us as soon as possible and we will do what we can.

Question 9

Do you offer gift messaging?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add your message in the notes at checkout and we will include it with the box.
